Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals and knowledge of New Product Development Process
2 - 4 years maximum of Engineering experience
Ability to collaborate and work in a Team environment
Experienced and proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably PROE/ CREO)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experienced in Design and development
Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments

Solid working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, DFMEA, ECN,GD&T, drawing for production, tolerance analysis, Engineering Calculations and other product development associated techniques and tools
Good knowledge on different manufacturing processes and material selection of plastic, Sheetmetal and casting
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a bonus
Experience in Electromechanical Product Design
Knowledgeable in problem solving skills
Quickly learn established engineering processes (like Product development process - preferable Windchill, ECN, BOM, RFQ, etc.), standards, methods and procedures needed to accomplish assigned tasks with discipline.
Be able to prioritize work, meet agreed project timelines, cost and quality
Ability to develop Innovative Ideas
