  • CCNA/ MCSA/ CCNP or Project/Internship in Networking is a must.
  • Needs to provide technical support for networking and windows.
  • Needs to provide technical support via voice process majorly.
  • Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.
  • 5 days of work will be there.
