Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools, graphic design skills, familiarity with front-end development, a strong portfolio, and effective communication abilities.
UI/UX Developers require skills in UI/UX design principles, proficiency with design tools, user research, wireframing/prototyping, usability testing, basic front-end development, visual design, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail

Job Description

Conducting in-depth research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
Developing personas and journey maps to represent the different types of users and their interactions with the product.
Keeping abreast of the latest UX research, trends, and tools to continually refine research processes.
Wireframing and Prototyping
Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback early in the development process.
Applying best practices in UX to wireframe layouts for different screen sizes and platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive design.
UI Design and Visual Communication
Designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive to use, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Crafting a cohesive style guide that includes typography, color schemes, button styles, and other visual elements that align with the brand.
Collaborating with the branding team to ensure the UI design effectively communicates the desired brand experience.
Usability Testing and Iteration
Conducting usability tests to identify pain points and areas for improvement and iterating on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Analyzing test results to identify patterns and insights, presenting findings to the development team and stakeholders.
Prioritizing user feedback to guide the design iteration process, ensuring that user needs are addressed while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
