• Knowledge of MM module in sourcing.
• MIS reports in SAP with basic analytics capability.

Education

• Should be a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, with experience in the Machine Tools industry.

• Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing in reputed companies / MNCs.
• Graduate engineers have completed a one-year apprenticeship in MNC companies and additional experience of working in purchasing also can apply.
• Should know the purchasing process in the following areas.
• Quotation and Negotiation process.
• Ordering and follow-up.
• Knowledge of castings.
• Machining process knowledge with basic GDT.
• Basics of the vendor development process.
