Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies
Design, development, and deploy custom OnBase Workflow and WorkView solutions with the capability to integrate with other internal and external IT systems via API
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues
Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to analyze business requirements and build functional specifications, including but not limited to interface changes and process flows
Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes
Work closely with business partners and IT management to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, rework of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integrate purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives
Document, test, implement, and provide on-going support for the WorkView applications
OnBase integrations include, but are not limited to: Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, Outlook Integration, DRIP, Reporting Dashboards, Unity API, REST API, Mailbox Importer
