Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience in building cloud-native (AWS, GCP, Azure) data pipelines, integrations, or microservices, preferably with Python.
  • Understanding of Design Patterns, Testing methodologies, and the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Comprehension of security, including authentication and authorisation.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Shell Scripting, load balancing, and basic networking.
  • Proficiency in building solutions considering user experience, automation, security, performance, resilience, cost, scale, and reusability.
  • Flexibility to work with stakeholders and colleagues in Australia and the US, as required.

Job Description

  • In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to work with a variety of modern technologies, all built on our cloud-based infrastructure. You will have the satisfaction of seeing the software development process through from start to finish and witnessing the impact of your work on our business.
  • You will contribute to our engineering team by using CI/CD, BDD, code quality, secure coding, and monitoring practices. You will build data and control pipelines across a variety of technologies using event-driven messaging and APIs. You will be empowered to research, evaluate, and present recommendations for innovative technologies and frameworks.
