Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x.; Certified CSSA preferred.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
Experience working in a high-performance team.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation

Designing and developing business applications using the Pega 8 platform under the direction of an LSA and SSAs
Implementing solution within the Pega environment using Pega and Cotiviti best practices and standards
Develops and demonstrates a knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all design and implementation best practices and features
Contributes to the continuous improvement of applications through participation in collaborative activities such as design and code reviews
Contributes to the design of class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
