Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware 
  • Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows, and MacOS
  • Experience working in Office 365
  • Experience working with InTune
  • Experience working in a domain controlled environment and making AD & Group Policy changes
  • Extensive application support experience 
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

Job Description

  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems 
  • Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and our ticketing system 
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization 
  • Manage and support users in Office 365 suite (Office, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Manage and enroll devices into InTune Endpoint Device Management
  • Assist in helping deploy Azure Virtual Desktop instances (prior experience not needed but willingness to learn)
