Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails, Javascript, jQuery, React (or other similar libraries), CSS, HTML and Database concepts.
Ability to collaborate with other engineers and handle entire Web software development cycle.
Strong computer science fundamentals – data structures, distributed systems, design patterns.
A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure
Motivated by results.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and desire to resolve technical problems.

Analyze, design and implement different modular components as per business and technical needs..
Work on both server-side and UI-side modules..
Collaborate with product managers and other developers to successfully implement business - requirements.
Communicate solutions and ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
