In this role you will be responsible for Metal forming processes like Press both Hydraulic & Mechanical (Hydro form is preferable),Sheetmetal forming and Machining. A key element of this position will be operating machine & execution of shift out as per plan working closely with each HPT cell followed by ensuring highly committed safety, output, quality, and productivity.

• Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
• Experience on metal forming process with 2+ years’ experience
• Hands on experience on Laser, Press machine both Hydraulic & Mechanical ( Hydro form preferred) and VMS machining with Fanuc control & Consumable Management & PPC.
• Should have knowledge on 2D drawing and GD&T.
• Responsible for shift output with High integrity of Safety and Quality
• Willing to work in Shifts and align with organization policies.
• Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret drawings, manuals, SOP, MOS and other material to determine finish product.
• Hands on experience on Planning and execution for child parts and should be familiar with Oracle.
• Hands on experience on Consumables planning and execution
• Responsible for shift output with High integrity of Safety and Quality
• Willing to work in Shifts and align with organization policies
