Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR Intern - Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or students who are looking to gain practical experience in HR. The HR Intern will assist with a variety of HR tasks and provide support across different HR functions, offering valuable exposure to the daily operations of the HR department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee records, organizing files, and managing HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding Support: Help prepare onboarding materials and assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Employee Communication: Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Help maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of employee information.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Learning & Development: Support the coordination of training sessions and track attendance and feedback from employees.
  • HR Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR activities and metrics.
  • Project Support: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, gaining hands-on experience in various HR initiatives.
