Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals and knowledge of New Product Development Process
  • 2 - 4 years maximum of Engineering experience
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a Team environment
  • Experienced and proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably PROE/ CREO)

Job Description

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in Design and development
  • Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
  • Solid working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, DFMEA, ECN,GD&T, drawing for production, tolerance analysis, Engineering Calculations and other product development associated techniques and tools
  • Good knowledge on different manufacturing processes and material selection of plastic, Sheetmetal and casting
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a bonus
  • Experience in Electromechanical Product Design
  • Knowledgeable in problem solving skills
  • Quickly learn established engineering processes (like Product development process - preferable Windchill, ECN, BOM, RFQ, etc.), standards, methods and procedures needed to accomplish assigned tasks with discipline.
  • Be able to prioritize work, meet agreed project timelines, cost and quality
  • Ability to develop Innovative Ideas
