Eligibility Criteria

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in automotive plastic design
  • Experience in Siemens NX is a must
  • Proficient in Part Modelling, Solid & Surface Modelling
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Automotive plastics parts design
  • Engineering design and development experience in automotive plastic components of Interior and/or
  • Automotive Exterior like IP, Console, FR & RR Bumper.
  • Experience of OEM/Tier1 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of milestones in automotive product development.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, DFMEA, GD&T & tolerance stack analysis.
  • Flexible to work in shifts as per project requirements.

Job Description

  • Design feasibility of Class A surface.
  • Create Concept 3D.
  • Create 3D considering manufacturing requirements.
  • Create 3D for performance checks & CAE.
  • Internal Design & Engineering Reviews.
  • Create detail 3D considering readiness for mass production.
  • Create Manufacturing Drawings.
