Job Overview

  • Provide all kind of CAD Engineering support to the Product Engineers in the team.
  • Creating & updating the 3D models and the 2D drawings in NX.
  • Creating the ER/CO to release the documents in ECTR/Team Centre
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand the requirements
  • Critical thinking mindset
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good in Desktop tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel & Presentation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics)
  • Good Knowledge on the CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team centre)
  • Working experience in CAD software - UG NX preferred
  • Advance Knowledge of NX CAD Tool
  • Good understanding of the manufacturing process and product development process
  • Good Knowledge on PLM software's ECTR/Team Centre
  • Basic know how on Tolerance Analysis
  • Good Knowledge on the CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team centre).
  • Working experience in CAD software - UG NX preferred.
  • Work experience in engineering domain – 1-2 years.

Job Description

  • Supporting on all the existing CAD projects in 3D (PDM, PSM, TDM) creation and 2D (PDD, PSD, TDD) creation as per the requirement
  • Support on the data Migration (NX-ECTR to NX-Teamcenter) whenever required.
  • Understand the customer requirement and convert them into Engineering Drawings & Specifications
  • Work with the sample room to understand the DFM issues and address them before the drawing release.
  • Review change requests and make the necessary updating in the drawing and release them timely
  • Consistency in maintaining the Quality and delivery of outputs by meeting the customers ECD’s.
  • Reporting issues & problems in the project to the Team Lead/Supervisor, working with the requester on solving the issue.
  • Participating in formal and informal project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in all areas.

  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Any other projects/work assigned by management.
