Job Description

  • Conceptulization of System & sub system of Diesel engine in 3D layout
  • Review of DFA & DFS requirment
  • Design calculation for Engine components.
  • Preparation & review of 2D drawings with DFC & DFM points
  • Tolerance Stack-up & review of GD& T
  • Interaction with Component development team & supplier for part development.
  • Coordination with CAE & review of simulation.
  • Carrying out DFMEA at component level
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Layout & Interface Review
