Eligibility Criteria

  • Education - BE/BTech or above
  • Experience - 4 to 5 Years of experience working with Automation tools
  • Basic knowledge in fundamentals of mechanical engineering
  • Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis
  • To be proficient in the MS Office applications
  • Written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Programming skills in Python/TCL/TK,
  • Hypermesh, Hyperview, Abaqus, Any Fatigue solver
  • Fundamental understanding of Strength of materials, Vibration, design and manufacturing engineering
  • Good understanding of any commercial FEM solvers

Job Description

  • Automation for FEA / FEM Pre, Solver & Post processing using Python/TCL/TK
  • Provide simulation support to the Design team, during the Development process (Design & Validation)
  • Perform dynamic(vibration) simulations of Headlamps and rear lamps (lighting systems)
  • Interpreting and presenting the results up to development of proposals for improvement
  • Close cooperation with other specialized departments and develops process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency
  • Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability
