Job Description

  • To Look after shift Maintenance in Unit-1 and utilities
  • Planning and execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program.
  • Maintenance of Foundry and Allied service like Furnace, Sand plant, Fettling, utilities etc.
  • Compliance of IATF and ISO14K, ISO15K requirements and Procedures.
  • To find out and implement energy conservation opportunities in plant.
  • Upkeep of all panels and HT yard, Earthing Pits of the plant and maintaining P.F > 0.995
  • Spares management to avoid machine Stoppage and maintaining critical spares.
  • Implementation of Continuous improvement program.
  • Have computer knowledge for Documentation required for departmental work
  • 4-5 years in maintenance of machine and Equipment’s
  • Sound Electrical knowledge
  • Able to work as team and lead from front.
