Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Tech/M.S in Electrical Engineering and specialized in Microelectronics or semiconductor devices
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of Device/Fab organizations
  • Exposure to RF a plus (S-parameters etc.)
  • M.Tech/M.S with focus on semiconductor devices
  • Exposure to RF a plus (S-parameters etc.)
  • Freshers or MS/M.Tech with 0 - 2 yrs of experience
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures

Job Description

  • Device model extraction for DC and RF frequencies (Diode, Varactor, Resistors etc.).
  • Definition of test structures and layout as and when necessary.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data (Diode, Varactor, Resistors etc.).
  • Knowledge of S-parameters and their application in extracting device models.
  • Interaction with team to resolve discrepancies in the data, model etc.
  • RF knowledge of Back-end of line devices like Inductors, Capacitors, Transmission Lines.
  • Able to understand and debug EM simulations.
  • Characterize and Model various Back end of line devices.
