Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B.tech in Computer Engineering

Job Description

Core component testing activities. (Global/Regional)
Regional (Hosur) and Global machines maintenance activities (Hardware & Software). Diagnosing of servo hydraulic and electric control systems.
Machine installations. (Regional) – FAT/ Leading new launches projects, machinery acceptance process. Acting as technical point of contact for external suppliers.
Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. TPM level1&2 introducing and executing.
Integrating NI hardware with servo hydraulic machines.
Custom test signal creation for all regions. Generating drive profiles signals for testing machines. Translating customer data collection to drive profiles signals to run testing machines.
Testing and debugging of control and measuring software (TePM) in NI LabVIEW environment.
Developing post processors and software tools (small stand-alone applications).
Global testing and Proto shop KPI preparation.
Preparing monthly OEE report for Sint-Truiden testing
Maintaining global test specifications in DA3.
Procurement activities for Regional and global machine in Hosur. (Can be off loaded)
Supervising Testing Engineer at Bawal to perform the tests on newly installed machines.
Supporting LTTS team if they have any queries or need any support related to product testing
