Job Overview

You will be part of the Global Proposal team who are dedicated to handle pumps , cyclones and valves proposals. By joining this tem, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization involving different cultures and different challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors in engineering from Mechanical, Chemical from a reputed university.

Job Description

  • Read and comprehend customer enquiries.
  • Interpret customer's RFQ and project specifications.
  • Prepare Pumps, Hydrocyclones and Valves techno-commercial proposals globally.
  • Product Selection & Equipment Sizing based on the customer requirement. Estimation.
  • To support the Engineering Team with the development of the cost, customers and supplier databases, pricelist, and libraries.
  • To carry out regular proposal follow up's using/updating and maintaining the Proposal Logs and ISS tool.
  • To clarify subsequent purchase order receipt and to prepare detailed order handover documentation in a timely manner for contract engineering to execute the contract.
  • Work closely with vendors/supplier to provide an optimum solution.
  • Technical Guidance, Team Motivation & support team on their day-to-day activities.
  • Review and evaluation of vendor offers.
