• Male candidates: 1.6 km run to be completed within 6 minutes

High Jump:

• Male candidates: Minimum 4 feet
• Female candidates: Minimum 3 feet

Shot Put:

• Male candidates: 16-pound shot to be thrown at least 16 feet
• Female candidates: 12-pound shot to be thrown at least 10 feet
