About Company

The IGNCA was launched on 19th November, 1985 by the late Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi at a function where the symbolism of the components was clearly articulated at different levels. The elements – fire, water, earth, sky and vegetation – were brought together. Five rocks from five five major rivers – Sindhu, Ganga, Kaveri, Mahanadi and the Narmada (where the most ancient ammonite fossils are found) were composed into sculptural forms. These will remain at the site as reminders of the antiquity of Indian culture and the sacredness of her rivers and her rocks. In a simulated pool, the first of the principles of vegetation, the lotus bloomed. Shri Rajiv Gandhi floated lighted lamps on the water.

  • Consultant (Bihar Project): Not more than 65 years
  • Project Manager (Conservation): Not more than 45 years
  • Project Manager (Special Project Cell): Not below than 35 years and not more than 40 years
  • Consultant (Project Monitoring & Implementation): : Not more than 45 years
  • Project Coordinator: Between 60 to 67 years
  • Conservation Scientist: Not more than 35 years

Qualification

  • Candidate Should Posses B.A, LLB, Post Graduate, MBA/PGDM, M.Phil/Ph.D (Relevant fields).

Salary

  • Consultant (Bihar Project): Rs. 1,00,000/- per month
  • Project Manager (Conservation): Rs. 80,000/- per month
  • Project Manager (Special Project Cell): Rs. 80,000/- per month
  • Consultant (Project Monitoring & Implementation):  Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month
  • Project Coordinator: Rs. 50,000/- per month
  • Conservation Scientist: Rs. 45,000/- per month
