Eligibility Criteria

  • BE or B-Tech degree or equivalent education in the field of Engineering
  • 1 – 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in (automotive or similar) product Design & development processes.
  • Awareness of customer processes and standards (APQP,….)
  • Awareness of quality systems and standards (e.g. TS16949 etc…)
  • Product know how of M+H products as well as system understanding is an added advantage
  • Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, CATIA V5, Solid Works, CIM DATABASE, SAP, CAD, …) is an added advantage English language skills
  • Be a team player with focus on Technical and Personal Development
  • Possess Intercultural Knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
  • Support in organizational initiatives

Job Description

  • Responsible for the Design & development of the M+H products, design concepts, developing 2D &3D, Initiate design review and support release process
  • Manage the process of the Functional Product release of the products in NPI’s
  • Maintain all technical documentation (CAD-data, drawings, technical descriptions and presentations, technical specifications, FMEA, design verification plans, product validation plans, test reports, etc.) in cooperation with cross functional teams and Stake Holders.
  • Responsible for Capturing Customer Specific requirements (CSR), Design Specific Requirements (DSR) with support from Sr Engg / Lead Engg / Team Leader.
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain the technical documentation of the projects in CIM Database as per xSEP and Engg Workflow requirements.
  • Support for creating Test Order and generating test reports in coordination with the test lab
  • Responsible for the modification of products in regard to the technical specifications during the serial production
  • Ensure compliance with the technical standards, processes and norms of M+H Group during the project and Communicate with the customers, suppliers and the relevant departments regarding all technical issues
  • Share Best Practices and knowledge within the team.
