Eligibility Criteria

  • BE/BTech – Mechanical
  •  6-8  years of experience in Product Design and Development of compressor or any other rotating machines applied primarily in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or any other applications with Hands on experience in handling mid to complex projects demanding high proficiency in Mechanical Design/Thermal Engineering
  • Strong analytical & Design skills in Structural/Thermal Engineering and Hands on Theoretical calculations
  • Very keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovation.
  • Proficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product testing

Job Description

  • Provide engineering proposals
  • Perform Design calculations (thermal, machine design & fluid mechanics) Independently
  • Verify functionality/correctness/manufacturability for new design component and product Design
  • Addressing the business’s biggest technical challenges for the next 3-5 years

  • Provides a common understanding of technologies
  • Identity advantages, challenges, risk and document those
  • Streamline repetitive calculation to improve productivity and reduce errors

  • Enhance existing calculators to improve accuracy
