Eligibility Criteria

  •  Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have
  • Total Experience in years: 4-8 Yrs
  •  Graduation/ Degree: Be mechanical
  • Design of components, subsystem & system level.
  • Knowledge of Plastic Materials. Injection molding process.
  • Knowledge of Sheet Metal components. Stamping and bending process
  • Sound knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice.
  • Hands on experience of design calculations for structural components.
  • Knowledge of GD&T Tolerance Stack up
  • Tool Design-Injection Molding & Press Tool Knowledge.
  • Creo 3.0 (Solid and surface Modelling, drawing Detailing, Sheet Metal, Piping) , Windchill and SAP

Job Description

  •  Develop detailed solid models and drawings (considering DFA, DFM, DFS etc.) by using Creo 3 for dispenser platform.
  • Select and specify materials to satisfy design intent while minimizing costs.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge of design and mechanical engineering principles to solutions
  • Apply GD&T and Tolerance stack ups for designs and use FMEA’s
  • Performs Engineering. Change management activities using windchill and SAP
  • Validate product performance and safety factors using finite element analysis (FEA) for structural analysis.
  • Coordinating with Mfg/ Op’s team for new product introduction and production line support.
