Job Overview

  • We are looking for a Integration Engineer responsible for developing and maintainingmerchant integrations, including but not limited to; service integration, internal and external API,file transfer, and SQL queries.
  • You are responsible for participating in requirements analysis,design, development, and integrations with various internal/external applications and components and maintaining the quality of code.

Eligibility Criteria

  • At least 1 year experience coding in Java language
  • At least 1 year experience developing and implementing REST APIs
  • Good understanding of OOP
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL)
  • Able to execute tasks independently
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve by themselves
  • Good communication skills
  • High Ownership and self driven inditimelin
  • Commitment to project timelines

Job Description

  • Working with Product, Tech teams and understand different product flows
  • Interacting with Merchant's Tech/Business team
  • Understanding Merchant's flow, making them understand our flows, problem solving for
  • the requirement and implementing it
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the
  • merchant integration Issue
  • Taking ownership of merchant issues reported and seeing problems through to
  • resolution
  • Ask merchant the targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Understanding Tech issues involved in integration & providing resolution
  • Automating the process to solve the merchant integration issue and merchant
  • requirements
  • In case of production issues, acting quickly to identify the root cause, fixing the issue and
  • ensuring it doesn’t recur in ffollow
  • Ensuring code written is well tested and coding best practices are followed
