Eligibility Criteria

Expertise in Design of Electronics/ Electrical modules/ sub-assemblies (not PCB designing)
Very good understanding of electrical/ electronic schemes
Proficiency in MIL Standards
Understanding of EMI EMC and Environmental qualifications standards
Proficiency in ECAD (preferable Zukhen E3) and understanding of 3D CAD tools (Solid Works, UG Nx), understanding of Product life cycle management tools
Problem Solving, Decision Making, Analytical Ability, Good Interpersonal Skills, Strong communication, team connect and project management
Qualification : M.Tech/ B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical)

Job Description

System Architecture Design, Concept Design and Design calculations based on Scope of Technical Requirements
Perform system engineering and integration activities for product development and prototype development requirement.
Understanding of Power Circuits, Controllers, Drivers, Motors and other Electrical/Electronics Component functions, Carry out selection of Sensors, Motors, drives, components, sub-assemblies as per the project requirement
Conceptualize and generate detail engineering design of electrical/electronic schemes for controllers, electronic units, consoles, panels and sensors for new products/ prototype development. Create unit/system level test plans and carry out testing of units.
Conduct detail engineering of system/units and selection of elements, sub assembly based on safety, maintainability, ruggedization level as per relevant environment, EMI/EMC and electrical standards
Develop Schemes for electrical / electronic sub-assemblies, Sub-system and System Test Plan
Generation of associated manufacturing drawings (design for manufacturing) and release it on PLM
Review and Validate design of bought out electrical sub-systems as per specification
Generation of Harness drawings including layout as per Industry Standards
Support testing of manufactured assemblies for design validation, Technical query resolution and carry out development, execution and realization of Prototype Systems in alliance with other project teams such as Project Management, AIT Centres, QC/QA department etc.
Execute design & integration activities of Prototype systems within Factory premises and during field trials.
