Job Description

  • Lead and manage the mechanical turbine operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in turbine systems.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to turbine operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all mechanical turbine activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance the skill set of the team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for process optimization.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals on mechanical turbine operations for senior management.
