Eligibility Criteria

Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum 2-3 years of experience.

Job Description

Basic understanding of machining process and fixture design.
Interpretation of part drawing & its GD & T requirements.
Should able to perform work as per SOP & industry standard practices.
In depth knowledge of cutting tools design, parameter selection, trouble shooting.
Hands on experience on tool setting in Zoller an making program.
Should be able to set tool in machine as per NC program.
Able to conduct tool trial on regular basis to optimise cost.
Responsible to control inventory and consumable cost.
Able to interpret and create tool layout.
Responsible for work holding fixture maintenance.
Interact with Vendor to drive cost optimisation and trouble shooting.
Responsible to drive end to end consumable/fixture planning.
Responsible to deliver tools and fixture on time and every time.
Knowledge of QC tools & driving RCA.
Knowledge of process specific PPE's
