Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors/master’s in mechanical engineering or related
  • Min 6-10 years of experience with heavy engineering.
  • Exposure to Mining Machineries / Drilling solutions /Earth moving equipment /off road vehicles will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge 
  • Good knowledge on engineering basics.
  • Drawings detailing and GD&T. Knowledge of design standards.
  • Preparation & release of BOM and Engineering change management.
  • Should have a very good capability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into Actionable tasks.
  • Experience in Creo will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in PLM – Teamcenter/wind-chill and PDM –M3/Other will be an added advantage.
  • ME / MTech / BE / BTech – Mechanical/Automobile.

Job Description

  • Conduct Value Analysis and Value Engineering studies.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities in product design and production processes.
  • Co-ordinate with division Engineers for the Project Assignment and Work independently.
  • Provide Customised Engineering solution to Filed issues /custom orders and support Other Engineering related customer requirements.
  • Work with Team on Parts assortment and Part number reduction activities.
  • Work on PDM/PLM systems associated with engineering release processes & systems and Proficient in Creo and Teamcenter is added advantage.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement value improvement strategies.
  • Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures and delivery of defect free output on-time.
  • Maintain Project documents as per ISO procedures and comply with the Epiroc business code of practice.
  • Support team in upgrading all the internal processes on continuous basis.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication with customers and other stakeholders Manage and

  • Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and
