Eligibility Criteria

Recognized degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university and specialized courses in Electrical discipline plus applicable practical work experience. Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
5 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering

Job Description

Keep the WSP Lead Engineer, Project Manager regularly informed of technical activities, staffing, budgets and schedules
Explain reasons for actions taken to the work group
Be approachable to members of the team
Maintain harmony and a productive work atmosphere by being open about work activities and project status
Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external clients
Has competence and confidence to make technical presentations
Lead the work effort by defining the tasks and participating in their execution
Support the work with the appropriate staff and tools to complete the task
Committed to supporting the group, superiors, subordinates, and colleagues professionally and personally
Deliver superior quality designs and deliverables that meet the technical, schedule and budget requirements
Lead subordinates in the continuous improvement in design and project execution
Continuously seeks new efficient ways to perform tasks and to deliver quality work
Has a strong desire to develop new technical capability
Participate in activities to stay abreast of the latest technology
Continuously seeks new and efficient ways to perform tasks and to deliver high quality work
