Eligibility Criteria

  • Recognized degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university and specialized courses in Electrical discipline plus applicable practical work experience. Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering 

Job Description

  •  Keep the WSP Lead Engineer, Project Manager regularly informed of technical activities, staffing, budgets and schedules
  • Explain reasons for actions taken to the work group
  • Be approachable to members of the team
  • Maintain harmony and a productive work atmosphere by being open about work activities and project status
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Has competence and confidence to make technical presentations
  • Lead the work effort by defining the tasks and participating in their execution
