Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma / B. Tech / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Bio-Medical Engineering).
  • 15-20 years of experience.
  • Must have good working knowledge in MSOffice.

Job Description

  • Lead the engineering team, ensuring all activities and project implementations (including new product/process/facility introductions and budget management) align with overall plant objectives, long-term strategic plans, and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Establish and enforce best practice technical standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure all engineering activities and installations strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) and internal policies.
  • Drive and manage continuous improvement (CI) across all engineering functions, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to highlight and rectify deficiencies in processes and working practices.
  • Provide crucial technical expertise and problem-solving support (including Root Cause Analysis) to manufacturing, purchasing, and quality departments to resolve technical/operational/quality issues and support process/vendor validation.
  • Build and sustain a cohesive, inclusive culture focused on technical expertise and product/process focus. Actively support, encourage, and develop team members, including succession planning and career development.
  • Support production activities by providing technical skills, expertise, and solutions for process improvements (e.g., production layout optimization) and manage new investment projects.
