  • Experience- 3 to 5 years

Job Description

  • Cutting tool life monitoring
  • Ensure timely tool replacements to minimize downtime and maintain machining accuracy.
  • 6S- Conduct regular audits and drive team accountability.
  • Champion the 6S methodology to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
  • Kaizen- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives. Identify inefficiencies, lead problem-solving sessions, and implement process enhancements across machining operations.
  • Setup time reduction- Collaborate with operators and engineering teams to standardize best practices and improve the output.
