Eligibility Criteria

  • A technically driven and well-presented FSE to work both within a small professional team and independently at customer sites
  • Process driven approach to technical problems
  • Certified technician or engineer in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • 1-3 years’ experience in servicing high-quality machine

Job Description

  • IT knowledge (PC, MS-Windows, Networks, MS-Office)
  • Basic knowledge in pneumatics and CAD
  • Meticulous and careful with work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to deal with stress
  • Flexibility, adaptability and cost consciousness
  • Team spirit, good communication abilities
  • Ability to handle direct customer conversations in a proffesional manner
  • Willingness to travel mainly within India; occasionally in global scale
  • Good English communication skills, including handling problem situations with customers
  • Preferable home base location: Bengaluru, India
