Eligibility Criteria

  • BE / ME Mechanical Engineer with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Hydraulic system knowledge will be added benefit.

Job Description

  • Knowledge of NPD of On / off highway vehicles, material handling or mobile equipment, vehicle integration of different automobile aggregates.
  • Sound knowledge of different sub-systems in Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Tractor Trailers, Stackers, Forklifts etc.
  • Experience in Sheet metal, fabrication parts, welding design.
  • Should have knowledge about materials used in structural design.
  • Technical concept development, knowledge of VAVE.
  • Good understanding of design and engineering fundamentals, GD&T.
  • Build CAD models, Assemblies, Drawings required for integration and BOM creation in PDM.
  • Able to handle the critical tasks/projects independently, maintain the quality and follow delivery of assigned tasks/projects
  • Review and validate manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Knowledge of PLM, PDM system, Engineering change management
  • Good knowledge of 3D Modelling / Drafting
  • Good working knowledge of CATIA V5.
