Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • 17+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and modern development methodologies
  • Experience with global, distributed team management in an offshore context
