Job Overview

  • Maintenance and Reliability Solution (MRS) function executes projects with SoW involving creation/enhancement/review of maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies as well as CMMS system implementation/upgrades for installations within O&G (Oil & Gas) and other industries.
  • This position is part of MRS function. The purpose of the position is to deliver routine MRS assignments under minimal to nil supervision and complex assignments under general supervision.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)
  • Minimum 8 years of oil and gas / Petrochemical / Refinery field experience
  • Certified reliability professional (CMRP, CRE etc.)
  • Minimum 8 years of broad work experience as a Mechanical engineer in Oil & gas, refining, petrochemical industry or in a consulting role in a reputable organization
  • Hands on experience in SAP PM and MM Modules, experience in SAP-S4-Hana would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in GE-Meridium/other APM software is desirable
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in executing RCM, FMEA, Criticality Analysis, RAM studies and RCFA projects.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel, and Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with QA/QC systems/procedures and CMMS Systems
  • Ability to generate a team approach to problem solving and a good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Good client or support contractor relationship skills at various levels of seniority or diverse cultures

Job Description

  • Carry out development & implementation of specific maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies for Onshore and Offshore oil and gas installations using RCM/FMEA analysis.
  • Carry out Asset Hierarchy Preparation
  • Conduct criticality assessment and develop equipment strategies/maintenance plans for Equipment, systems taking into consideration Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment, industry standards, regulatory requirement, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Lead the evaluation and optimization of plant/facility-level materials, resources, and spare parts requirements
  • Lead the efforts for Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk assessments, other risk studies
  • Lead creation, evaluation and enhancement of preventive maintenance programs, preparation of maintenance work packs.
  • Read & interpret single line diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause and Effect Charts and other Engineering documents.
  • Assist with effective input and management of data within CMMS as per client’s requirement
  • Assist the Line Manager to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverables and overall management of the service
  • Support the Line Manager in management of Oceaneering contracts providing assurance on technical delivery and cost management
