Detailed knowledge and proven application in all general pipeline design / layout aspects.
Must be conversant in materials of construction, insulation, installed instruments commonly used.

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
Gained engineering experience in the Well Heads/Flowline/Pipeline working in a project environment.
Project experience of working in a variety of projects including grassroots, brownfield and revamp types.
Sound knowledge of pipeline routings and development aspects and phases of plot plans including understanding of other pipeline design skills such as stress analysis, specifications etc.
Experienced in using intelligent CAD systems, analysis software, various design codes and standards as applicable for various types of projects
Working experience in GIS is an added advantage

Thorough understanding of common equipment and capable of routing pipeline in accordance with P&IDs and project standards, including the impact of specific service conditions on pipeline design (e.g., vibration, two-phase slug flow).
Skilled in pipeline routing using AutoCAD and basic understanding of material. stress analysis concepts and of applicable codes and standards.
