Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master’s in thermal/heat transfer/fluids is a plus).
Basic understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
Academic exposure to 1‑D or 3‑D fluid dynamics or CFD tools (coursework or projects preferred).
Strong communication skills and willingness to work with cross‑functional teams.
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (Domestic/International).
Interest in mechanical & electrical equipment.
Good organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Lead solution development of thermal system using thermal sizing/design software based on customer requirements.
Support the creation of commercial and technical proposals for Customers and Sales Account Managers.
Develop product documents such as specification sheets, manuals, marketing materials, and presentations.
Provide basic technical support by gathering and understanding customer requirements for OEM and dealer/distributor opportunities.
Work with Product Engineering to provide required details for turning cooling system concepts into production designs.
Analyze performance test data for product validation and improvement ideas.
Learn and stay updated on industry trends, product applications, and competitor products.
Support ongoing updates and improvements to thermal sizing software tools.
