CAD Proficiency: Strong experience in concept modeling and detailed drawing creation, preferably CREO
Task Ownership: Ability to own tasks independently without needing constant supervision
Process Tools: Good experience with ECN processes and Windchill. Exposure to DevOps.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), manufacturing processes (sheet metal, die casting, injection molding), and engineering materials. Ability to understand the technical requirements and execute assignments. Knowledge of industry standards preferred.
Communication: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate technical ideas.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or drafting

Support larger projects through creation of detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings (drafting) for mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems.
Work status Documentation in DevOps and excels
Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering change orders, and technical specifications.
Work with manufacturing and engineering teams for execution of assigned tasks.
Ensure CAD designs and drawings adhere to industry standards.
