We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Design Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will play a key role in developing innovative new industrial products for the transportation industry.

Proven record designing industrials or equivalent products for transportation gets you up and running quickly, delivering immediate impact.
Should have strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, pressure vessels and relevant standards like ASME etc.
Experience in NPD, LCE or VAVE of industrial products used in Transportation industries.
Familiarity with DFMEA, 5 Why Analysis, Design Gate processes and FEA result interpretation to identify and mitigate potential design issues for high-quality products.
Expertise PLM system and Expertise in SAP Module.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across locations.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proactive, self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short durations (as required).
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (M.E./MTech not mandatory).
Min 3-5 years’ relevant experience after graduation.

Lead and participate in the design and development of industrial products.
Conduct i2V workshops, brainstorm ideas and create alternative designs to optimize product performance.
Manage the lifecycle of existing products, ensuring their continued functionality and efficiency.
Provide manufacturing support to our global plants for seamless production processes.
Understand and apply global standards to all design projects.
Leverage your expertise in mechanical design calculations to optimize product designs.
