Job Description

  • Responsible for the procurement of mechanical parts.
  • Generate purchase orders as per requirement, place, and confirm the order with the supplier, monitor until delivery completion.
  • Send the procurement schedule to the project manager to complete the schedule with dates of material required on site.
  • Problem solve, as necessary, to ensure continuity of supply
  • Purchase materials for specific commodities, as assigned.
  • Executes all procurement activities utilizing ERP and other methods to ensure that material is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets specifications and quality requirements.
