Eligibility Criteria

  1. Highest Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
  2. Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance
  3. Age: Less than 25 only
  4. Interested to work in Factory atmosphere
  5. Willing to work in shifts including night shifts
  6. Candidates should not have attended any interviews with MRF in last six months.

Job Description

  1. Prepare daily preventive maintenance schedules
  2. Stock level maintaining for critical spares
  3. Planned for holiday breakdown maintenance works
  4. Knowledge of dresser and land reciprocating compressors Knowledge of westing house
  5. Knowledge of pneumatic circuits, PLC drives.
  6. Knowledge of Hydraulic rams & Splicer
  7. Knowledge of Limit switches, sensor & poka Yoke
  8. Knowledge of reciprocating and screw compressors
  9. Knowledge of Cummins Engines operation & Maintenance.
  10. Knowledge of conveyors maintenance
  11. Knowledge chain drives, gear boxes, Gear Pumps & Valves, TPM activities.
  12. Maintenance of Rotary equipment Centrifugal Pumps
  13. Overhauling of of L&T/ BOM/SS Mechanical Presses, Hydraulic Presses.
  14. Trouble shooting of pneumatic controlled diaphragm valves and instrumentation controls
  15. Preventive maintenance of material handling Equipment’s Such as Conveyors, EOT, Cranes, Hoists, Folk lifts, Hydraulic Trolleys
