Job Description

  • Having good knowledge of IATF 16949 to implement requirements at supplier end.
  • Hands on experience of developing Stamping, Machining and Casting parts.
  • Experience of new program launches and execute program as per APQP requirement to keeping in mind the techno-commercial aspects.
  • Having good knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP documents and audit, MSA, SPC and Quality Tools.
  • Good capability to solve the problem by using 8D and 7QC tools.
  • Having good drawing readability and understand on GD&T to have inspection accordingly.
  • Having experience of supplier audited as per ISO/TS guideline, supplier quality system upgradation, monitoring supplier performance, close 8D as per predefined timeline, ECN implementation at supplier end.
  • Provide technical guidance to the vendor team, guide them on resolve the quality issues, manage the kaizen activities and review process for VA/VE at supplier to increase productivity.
  • Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure
