Knowledge and experience in Assembly processes & Automations

• Plan, design and implementation of poka-yokes (mistake proof) in assembly process
• Fixture designing, assembly tools designing and development
• Knowledge in Hydraulics
• Knowledge in design of Layouts
• Able to work in Autocad & Solidworks
• Knowledge in SPC & Process capability studies
• Working experience for New product development (APQP), and FMEA

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification : BE Mechanical or Mechatronics
• Lead the MED team and coordinating with other departments. Coordinating and Working with JV partner and establish the Assembly process on time smoothly.
• Knowledge on SPM procurement, Budget estimations
• Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
• Knowledge on IATF, APQP, MNC requirements.
• Coordinating the team working on assembly line design and process establishment, developing and handling vendors, coordinate with other departments and representatives from JV partner.
• Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
