Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably from Bearing industry would be added advantage
  • Exposure in CNC/SPM machines
  • Hydraulic, Pneumatic, AutoCAD & SAP knowledge is required
  • Furnace heat treatments experience is preferable
  • Education- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical,Diploma in Mechanical

Job Description

  • Implement changes processes and set high standards in daily work
  • Shift based production-based activities
  • Preventive Maintenance planning expertise
  • Maintain inventory of machine spare parts and advance planning for critical parts
  • Monitoring machine health based on MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) principle
  • Analyze machine interruption in a scientific way
  • Responsible for warehouse and inventory management
  • Ensure zero loss time by maintaining machines in good condition
  • Participate in FFQ/TPM/LEAN and other programs as and on when required
  • Maintain 5S, safety, and environment
  • Manage contractors
  • Maintain complete documentation
