Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Any degree (good hands-on experience).
  • 5+ years experience in Supply chain/Warehousing/order fulfillment.
  • Should possess knowledge in Logistics – Import/ Export/ domestic distribution/ reverse Logistics.
  • Should be good in teamwork, time management ability, cleanliness and safety procedures, Vendor management, and Developing Standards.

Job Description

  • Should do order fulfillment, front line contact with respect to sales of spare and replacement parts. Respond to customer inquiries for price, availability, and delivery on time.
  • Coordinating with logistics service providers for on-time clearance/ delivery/ space booking.
  • Have to work with ERP: Baan/ SAP.
  • To maintain a stock of spare parts, quote prices to customers, manage backorders and maintain vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are taken care of promptly.
  • Invoiceing: commercial/ E-Invocing/ E-Way/ credit note.
  • Responsible for Warehouse Operation and Inventory Control.
  • Material Inward/ Outward, GRN, FIFO, Picking/ Packing/ decanting.
  • BOE Validation/ Checklist approval/ technical writeup/ duty payment follow-up.
  • Reporting Skills/ Logistics Bills valadiation and submission/ MIS.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations to support internal and external customers.
  • Should maintain 5S in the warehouse.
  • Cost analysis and cost-saving.
  • Flexibility/ adapting to new changes.
