Job Description

Develops inspection schedule and plans
Interfaces with plant MI Coordinator(s) to ensure timely completion and documentation of required inspections
Reviews inspection data and updates risk calculations after inspections are completed
Ensures non-conformance reports (NCR) are created and tracked to completion for inspection findings and deficiencies
Provides for and/or performs fitness for service evaluations on equipment deficiencies
Provides End-of-Life equipment replacement recommendations to plant or business capital portfolio management teams.
Assists with inspection and repair deferrals
Prepares and leads re validation of the corrosion study due to process changes, equipment changes or passage of time.
Prepare data for corrosion study using PFD, equipment and process data (organize data and set up visualization software)
Lead or assist in facilitation of corrosion study
Perform or oversee quality control checks of data to ensure accurate, efficient data import into RBI software
Run and review initial risk calculations
Develop inspection plans and review with plant personnel
Assist with training plant personnel to run and maintain the program
