Required Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer with 14-15 years of experience in EBOP Design
• Electrical Engineer with experience of leading Projects technically with a team of 2-3 engineers

Desired Characteristics

• Comfortable in leading a team, validating the work and executing a few packages.
• Ability to foresee roadblocks and act early to avoid the roadblocks

• To technically lead a team of engineers using the experience in majority EBOP packages along with handling a ew packages
• Validate the design by team.
• Ensure timely deliveries of Documents
• identify and take actions to remove roadblock by escalating issues
• Understand and apply design processes
• represent the technical team in client meetings
• Knowledge about interfaces of electrical BOP packages with each other and with other functions . Ensuring correct interfaces in the projects.
• Ability to make assumptions using the experience, and move the work forward.
• Ability to get work done by team on time.
• manage risk and opportunities for EBOP for project.
