Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience of 5+ years
  • Developing contracts (O & M, AMC, and Ad-hoc Support) with scope of requirements and the KPIs.
  • Hands on experience in Machine Maintenance, Facility and Utility Maintenance, Hard and Soft services, Projects etc.
  • Drive energy culture & conduct workshops to identify & implement ideas to reduce energy consumption.
  • Managing plant Facilities and Utilities like Air Compressors, Hot Water Generator, Process Chillers and HVAC, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant etc.
  • Liaise with Government agencies to obtain and renewal of licenses, legal compliances, certification of lifting tackles, Pressure vessels etc.


Job Description

  • Responsible for all regular maintenance of Equipment’s, Tools, Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
  • Prepare for the Opex Budget and submit to Finance
  • Have strategic plan with indirect sourcing to have sustainable actions
  • Work within expense limits established as budget planned in Opex
  • Lead a team of Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technicians
  • Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments.
  • Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
  • Testing Projects & Expansion. Supporting for shifting of critical equipment’s of test benches from current plant to the new plant
  • Power Utilization analysis & Optimization.
  • Timely assurance of Test bench availability & coordination with internal stake holders.
  • Have strategic plan with indirect sourcing to have sustainable actions
  • Ensuring PM& PdM schedule & adherence, Maintain the documents.
  • Conduct Daily review meeting with team to discuss on testing plan, equipment conditions, issues and challenges.
